View Full Version : Changed internet providers and have issues

Changed providers from one who only offered 1.6 speed to one that has 10+. Issue was constant freezing hence change. On old provider all was working save for freeze issues on new provider only get some channles (tvonline). Noticed on settings tab Ethernet tab numbers had changed from 0.0.0.0 for DHCP for ip addy netmask etc. Not sure why this happened
Question is, should I do a factory data reset (system info tab - settings) and what would be the effect of that?
Any help or assistance appreciated

I wouldn't do a factory reset. I would uninstall your TvOnline app and then reinstall it. I would contact your IPTV provider and advise them that you have changed internet providers and need a reset. Be sure and include your donation number, user & password number. You could go to their website and try to do a reset yourself but make sure the mac number is the same or reset it while you're there. Once the IPTV has been reset, configure your TvOnline and connect to your server.

it changed because now you 192.168.0.1 you could have been 1 so find out what you are now google whatsmymyip or mac address and see then load it i never use dhcp unless you only have one box .
