new mag 250 box just gets blue screen.

New to this .Just got a mag 250 box puged it in and nothing.Blue light comes on stb but no pick.No menu nothing.Tried unpluging and pluging back in and holding menu and still nothing.Any help would be apreciated.Thanks

Is there a button on your remote labeled as Set-Up ?
On the 254 remote, it is just below the blue button.

Will it go the the setup menu with that function ?

Fixed it.Used the av cables instead of hbmi cable was able to get to blue set up screen.Thanks
