STB Emulator Pro stuttering video/audio

I am experiencing what I can best describe as stuttering video/audio while using STB EMULATOR pro, Kodi, and Netflix.

I have a Nexsmart D32 media box.
A7 chipset
1GB Ram
Android 5.1

Internet speed : 30MBs cable

I tried changing all the settings I could find in STB emulator pro.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have the same problem in all 3 then i would say the problem is with either the box or your ISP
