Hi, i am suddenly getting authentication error, so does a friend of mine (i am his reseller). Has been doing this since thursday. I tried changing portal and mac adress, got my box to work again after like 10mins, but then after like 12 hours it does it again. What could be the issue? As far as I have read they are not having issues on the servers.

did you try a iptv reset at NFPS site

Tried the reset it did not do anything. Changed portal server, waited a while and service worked again. But I want to know what is the issue and how to fix it. As I said before, suddenly been getting this thing(i am a paid user/reseller for more than 1.5 years, been through all the fixes)

It's hard to tell what's going on. As you can see, you are about the only one having the problem at this point in time. Maybe the ISP is dropping in and out and that is causing an issue. Hopefully, it will straighten out in the next day or so.

Same here, I've been getting auth errors since yesterday. I reset my server address and the iptv and still the same.

There haven't been any changes in credential verification. I haven't witnessed any abnormalities at my end.

I'd try clearing the data in both the guide and TV, shutting down Kodi, rebooting the router, modem and device, doing an IPTV Reset, waiting 15 minutes and restarting Kodi.

That is what i have been doing too, seen to fix the error for like 12-14 hours, then does it again. Fixed it late last night, does it again right now.

Your situation is different. You can't get in at all. What does the Donation Checker show for your account:. Active? Days left? MAC same as configured? IPTV portal same as configured?

Good day Kodi Aruba. Did you buy your codes from the iptvprivateserver site? Another question: When you get these auth. error popups, are they come when you switch channels or when you restart the portal?

Yes, all my settings are correct. I refreshed everything, changed my address and reset the IPTV too. I do have it working now, although I can't get the guide to work at all. I think that may have something to do with it, but I'm still working on it. There are still channel issues, but I think they are working on them still so I'm not worried about it. I have 165 days left on my sub, so I'll keep at it.
It is a challenge to keep it up and running for sure..

I just tried it on my phone again, the only place it's open on any of my devices and I'm getting the auth error again so I'm going to guess it's something at that end. It worked fine last night and I haven't changed anything.

Hi, seem to be stable for 2 days now. Didn't really change anything. Yes all my codes are from iptvprivateserver. They happened when i switch channels then when I restart my fire tv it does not load tv.

No, never at the same time. I just tried it on different devices to make sure. I'm up now and seems to be working OK. Still can't get any guide, but that's a different issue I think
