user id & password

Hello, i need help with user id and password. i have a route with iks66 witch i fried my receive dreamlink t5. Now i bought a dreamlink t1 and trying to set it up i was told by iks66 that i have to setup my mac address, i set it up and that is good now , in the setup it need user id and password. I don't know wath to but there

find the email you were sent by iks66
They sent you an email with your 'route' which is your user name and also your password. Should be a 13 digit number.
