they are not in the buisnes to rip people off. They been in this buisness many years, if they ripped people off, well their time in the buisness would have been cut short a long time ago.

Refunds can take up to 45 days. But they did tell you that.

Yes and they said this would be reflected by your bank within 30 to 45 days. But didn't mention which bank. I think the credit card i used to buy it . i have cancelled that card. I have been sending them emails. to let me know where they are send the money too. but they haven't replied to any of my emails.
