I am unable to check my subscription or renew. Each attempt says "data invalid"

Use your order number or the e-mail you used to buy the donation............insert it in the top blank
Insert your donation number on the bottom blank..............

What is the difference between order # and donation #? I can see my order # in the email sent when I was set up. There is no number for donation?

It says username/password somewhere on the receipt. That is the donation number. The donation number has 12 characters for NFPS.
