I got a couple of rockets last month but I haven't been able to connect to one of the IPTV servers.....not sure if freezing is an issue or not...:confused:

the buffering or freezing that is sometimes being reported, is not always a true look at how the server is acting.
There is no buffering seen here on 95 % of the channels , 100 % of the time.

Okay, that estimate may be a bit zealous but it is more accurate then not accurate.
Is what is experienced here anyway.
Checked daily.

added edit... upon starting my daily check today, I do see some excessive buffering.
Many channels today are buffering.

Just left my sisters. ...every channel is freezing. ....audio dropping. ....and she has 20meg download on server 3.....I tried my service from another provider and it doesn't have these issues. ...so it's not on this end...so don't bother saying it's the users end ....both myself and my sister have mags so it's not the equipment either

The service has been getting progressively worse over the last few weeks. People have been reporting the issues, but have been turned away. Today the service is a complete mess and unusable, as I mentioned in the CNN channels issues thread. Something should be done or else stop selling subscriptions and shut down the service.

That gets a little old and yes, is an abusive way to use the forums here.
I have never outright said it was directly on a users end, I may say what I use and what I see, but as far as telling someone it is their problem, well that is simply not true.

Channel 300 just vanished. Never seen that before. Freezing constantly on most other channels too. Not complaining, just commenting. OK maybe a tad complaining. Tried resetting IPTV. Cleared router. Rebooted. Same results.

I don't think it's only Rocket that's suffering. Most of my kodi streams are not stable tonight either.

Hi, personally I think the buffering and freezing has to do with HD. 4 weekes ago ABC,CBS,NBC,FOX New York MSNBC,HBO,STARZ just to name a few were all watchable(no freezing). Now they are HD. As I said before, I can do without HD. Just my two cents.

i think we should not renew over service because it's get worse not watchable at all freezing every 20 second why we should pay if we can't watch TV

Out of curiosity what devices are these freezing issues happening on, see the strange thing is I have a MAG 254 and a 256. My 254 is working no problem *keeps fingers crossed* but my 256 works about 20 mins and then freezes...not sure if it's the same thing everyone is experiencing.

I'm on server 22 and I have a silver box a red top and an Amazon Fire TV. And it all freezes. It used to be where I had server 22 and server 11 when one wood frees the other one wouldn't. Now everything freezes

The only way I was able to watch the game was the find an HD channel on Kodi. Which by the way was perfectly clear and not freezing

If you don't want to renew, that is your choice, but do not use this forum as a soap box to exhort others to do likewise. We believe in open dialogue, but there are limits!

I have nothing against Rocket or any of the others, they have worked fine I just had also been having issues with my MAG 256 and it seemed that the issue was only on that machine but once I spoke with a few friends and came on here it seemed to be server issues and not box. Today service has been great, usual stuff with the channels that don't show up but nothing major.

Mine keeps freezing. Some channels don't even load but I think there doing maintenance...

Im coming up close to a renewal and boy this FREEZING ISSUE is giving me second thoughts.
Another thing that i have noticed is the lost of server Curation on weekends

Here's a thought for discussion;is it possible that the bandwidth needed to feed the entire system with hd channels was underestimated & they are working to figure that out?
Bitchin helps nobody - box you are using,wired or wireless connection to your router,server you are on,time of trouble & channel you were watching would probably help them troubleshoot.

I'm on avov tvonline plus wired and it's pretty much unwatchable on my end freezing every 10 seconds every channel

Here's the thing all the channels are freezing. I don't understand why they keep on adding HD channels when even the basic channels aren't working. This is getting Beyond frustrating!! An update once in awhile would be nice,

well, I go thru the channels often enough to see which ones are freezing.
There are very few that freeze or buffer.

There have been many instances when someone reports buffering on ALL channels, but I check and see none of it.

Yes, there are a few channels that do.
So if my experience and other's is so radically different then your's, how can this be asserted that it is a server issue ?

What I don't understand is why they keep adding Hi-Def channels when even the regular channels are freezing. H2 has not worked in over a month. At least give us an update as far as what's going on

Correct about the H2 channel.

i just can not understand how i see less buffering then most.

I beleive you guys and personally I have not ruled outthat it may be a server issue, but concerning how the server gets along on the web

I just spent the last hour going through each channel up to about 450 and HD freeze within 30 seconds non HD have no issue. Seems to have gotten progressively worse last few days and have tried all the fixes. Any ideas would be great

Thanks Crazed just sat down 352 works odd jitter, 351,350, 120 frozen/buffering in 30 seconds and i have yet to try more. Have been with this service from the Sat days and been more than satisfied. Issues happen but this has been going on for a while. Just trying to find a solution and the pittance we donate does not even factor in. Early last night watched Science channel for 2 hours no issue flip channels, come back in a couple minutes and freezing again.

I agree, for what we pay its fine. Glad it does not cost anymore but for me today has been the worst on loads of channels. Just depressing.

Checked Internet speeds, done iptv reset, cleared caches. It's a wired connection and it's unwatchable. Gonna have to watch a movie instead. This is my personal experience today
