Questions on my new T1?

Just got my New T1 today and wondering whats the difference from a Gbox Kodi type of receiver?
Did a upgrade and got Kodi 16.1

Looks like there is NO Google play store(what will replace it for downloading apps?}
I downloaded Mobdro and have NO clue where to find it?(on the cheaper Kodi receivers it was not a problem to find}
I also read that there is a App for free Tv(whats the name of the app?}
Whats the big Difference from the T1 and the Cheaper Kodi receivers?(besides video card and chip}
Seems like a nice receiver but not sure if I will replace it with my Nvidia.(I have a T5 and T1 and the remotes get confused}...JS
