I have downloaded the file and installed it but it only work the very first time I install it ,after that I can't close the addon it always freezes and I have to force stop kodi in android settings and clear the cache.when I reopen kodi the iptv stalker addon would just not open ,just say working all the time ,matter of fact if I click on that addon first no other addon will open and I have to force stop kodi in settings,it's really a pain.i am using a jynxbox m3 hd,does anyone experience and how did you fix it

That may be the case as far as guide info goes, actually pretty good. If you leave the LiveTv on when you shut down Kodi, it retains that setting, so when you start up, it won't see any channels served, and do nothing. Start IPTV Stalker, and start the m3u server, so channels can be seen by the PVR client, then disable and enable LiveTV.

I'd disable and uninstall the addon, and check to see if you have other copies of the addon there. (Sometimes you may get a higher version number installed due to a non-updated repo). Reinstall the latest version, set to default in the settings, then clear the cache using the context menu over NFPS. What version of Kodi is installed on your jynxbox m3? It works best with with Gotham and Helix for now.

I'm using 'em both just fine . make sure that you put a different MAC address for both if you choose to put one for the video iptv (optional).

note: of course no backend channels numbers if you want to use more than one PVR

If you are using the PVR IPTV Simple Client you must enable the General->Cache M3U and EPG->Cache XMLTV.
The reason is the M3U Server will start only after the PVR loads the channels. If you don't enable it, the TV button will not show and the Kodi will crash.

for these new updates , i find that is a must to put the MAC address ( no more optional) , and keep in mind to have the catch on in the simple pvr. (both in the channels and epg)

Yeah i had to restart Kodi a couple times, but working now besides the channel issue...

I used TVG 0.5.5.5 to easily view the xmltv file and am still in the process of editing my file but have confirmed it works... pocpoc can you do this on the fly somehow.

That number '90' doesn't affect anything.

That's probably the case. The actual channel names will be a moving target as long as NFPS is continually adding and removing channels, and maybe not following any set convention.

It may make sense to set up some kind of .ini (like a rosetta stone) that can be used to link the Channel name on the server = to a channel name in the xmltv file you decide to use..

There are other, much better xmltv sources (mc2xml) but the channels are named completely differently in their xmltv files when compared to the ivue data..

this way it could be easily adapted to other servers as well. and if a channel is renamed, the ini file would simply need to be appended, and not require the plugin to be fixed.

Works for me as well, after purging pvr and epg caches. Channel numbers from NFPS server aren't transferred though, only get the channels in sequential order.

The server is started by default. Did you add a custom MAC (using 00:1A:79 as the first six)? You don't have to Send Serial Number for NFPS.
If you are trying to use the PVR Simple client, you will also need to "cache xmltv to local storage", and the same for epg, and then reset the pvr and epg on the LiveTV settings.

Reset both PVR and EPG from LiveTV settings, and disable/enable LiveTV. If you get the same issue, try restarting Kodi after reset/disable/enable.

For London, I think it will be +5 hours on the offset. Make sure you reset the epg after you set that on the pvr client.

Back up on my Mac with 15. as well as my fire TV.. (restarting Kodi after uninstalling the old version seems crucial)
Channel numbers/groups working fine for me on both. clear your plugins cache then reset your EPG and PVR databases.

Through modding the plugin's cache file in /userdata/addon_data/plugin.video.stalker so the channel names match the names in the xmltv data then purging your EPG and PVR databases you can get more channels to populate data.

**Using IPTV.stalkers "clear cache" function will revert your changes though. so if your going to do this, make sure everything is working correctly first

If they are missing completly from the XML dataset, you could just rename them to a channel that is listed and has no data, like the music channels.. you can rename more than 1 channel to the same name and both will show the same value... If your doing this, get all the working channels done first, and save a copy of the file.. then go in and rename the dummy channels as fixing it in the future would be near impossible..

I use TVGuide 0.5.5.5 for windows to easily view the xml file, jsut run the program, load backup and point it to your xmltv file.

I did a stupid update after version 1.0.11 that it has been affecting the authentication. That's why many people are getting errors and some channels are offline.
I've just reverted this part of the code and it seems to work fine now.

You might be doing something wrong, i have latest version and is working, i just tried some spanish channels (HBO, MAX, FOX, Paramount) and are working on PVR TV, also on plugin (video addon).
On a different matter, pocpoc, can you solve the issue of when a channel does not load it get stuck there for a minute or so, can you make that waiting time less?

LazyIPTV is pretty nice. I've sent an email to the developer to fix the bug.
Thas is not a plugin issue. Unfortunately, some NFPS links are broken and the Kodi normally try to open it at least 3 times.

Nothing was perfect with the creation of the EPGs, so its very possible that all the schedules don't line up correctly. Depending on which solution that you use, go to where they discuss the EPG, and post what you see are differences, assuming that your setup is correct. Make sure that you reset the EPG and let it renew and test it based on the offset, and look at the NY "Locals" to see if they match up first, because those are easily checked against the current Zap2It or TitanTV listings. I would just disable or remove those repo if i were you, they obviously cant keep up, or are choosing to host an older version.. its likely that once development slows down that the repos will have a current version most of the time.

bit.do is based on utc (+0). If in Western Australia, set the offset to +8, and Eastern Australia to +10. You may have to vary one hour due to DST.

When you click on the video IPTV Stalker addon you get the menu: NFPS->VOD, For Adults, All, Children, etc. So it's right on the first page.

Since the IPTV Stalker is now updated on MetalKettle's repo, the Ivue guide won't work directly with it. People will now have to disable updates from that repo as well.

Just a recommendation for the author, is to set up a simple play method in the next version so other EPG addons like Ivue, FTV, TV Guide and OnTapp services can access it directly as long as it can pass the validation info to the server. Also, I think he was working on it, but it would be nice to see current program info next to the channel name.

rst I'd like to thank the devs for this addon.

Setup:
I was able to run the addon fine with the NFPS default provider.
I just got a new subscription to service X that requires a MAC address for verification.
Added a new portal with the custom MAC and after fixing a bug in the json.load data (invalid char), I was able to list all the channels just fine.

Issue:
When I play a channel, it only plays for 5 seconds before it stops. If I play it again, the end of the link changes and KODI will only play for another 5 seconds or so.

To me it looks like KODI does not know how to continuously request other parts of the stream and instead just plays the first chunk from the url provided by the addon at play time.

I think I figured it out using wireshark.
The server is returning the m3u link with a 302 http response and the plugin is picking up the first link from the m3u list instead of submitting the actual m3u link to xbmc. Gonna change the code to get it working, if someone is running into this issue , I will ask the author to merge my changes

I use your kodi setup for VOD and downloaded Kodi TVMC which I use for live TV. The is when installing TVMC and it asks to finalize installation I bypass that by pressing the back button to get rid of that screen. Every time you restart TVMC the "click here to finalize installation" screen will appear so just press the back button.

Seems as though the other video addons are affecting the loading of the channels by the stalker. Seems to be a timing issue. Only problem is you cant add any more video addons. If you do the channels wont come up automatically when you start up Kodi/TVMC.

Other than that, currently there is no fix for your setup.

The addon is still there for sure but getting either 403 error or unknown url type as error messages, when actually selecting a channel. Not just me lots of people I know and also on other forums. Seems like its working on Gotham builds but has stopped on Helix and Isengard.

Same here. Am also running Kodi15 with no issues. Only issue is the buffering and freezing, which I think is a server problem.

My windows 7 boxes behave differently. 32 bit machine works with 14.2 and 15 but 64 bit doesn't show TV at all now, no matter what I try. But for the moment it seems as though the server is down in any event. Is it working for anyone ATM?

If there were a package to choose that would be a selling point. Personally, I would prefer some kind of option to be able to selectively load what I wanted. Having hundreds of channels that are of no interest to me isn't that attractive. Yes, when it goes paid it will be a cheap alternative so there is that. But the whole concept of one huge 'package' of channels as it is now, for a handful of what I would watch is exactly the reason I ditched cable. Just my 2 cents.

I like the Kodi option and the intended price point but not very impressed with the massive multi-country patchwork. Other than the local channels, news channels and maybe Starz & Showtime, there isn't anything else that can't already be viewed without commercials through Kodi addons. I can see where those folks that like the sports channels would be happy though but I'm not one of them. Watching reruns or movies WITH commercials...why bother? This is the whole reason networks have begun to offer Over The Top apps to people...to avoid all these unwanted channels. It's hard to lump everyone into any category. People have proven that's not what they want, they want a tailored experience.

It will be interesting to see what the final product ends up as. Yet I do appreciate all the effort everyone is making.

This does increase the initial load time of the vods, but you'll have all of them. I think pocpoc kept the load to 10 pages because most people would think there is something wrong during the initial cacheing.

How to pick-up the Serial Number, device_id, device_id2, signature
Some servers request that information to authenticate.

If you don't have an MAG254 and will activate a new service with a new Mac Address, enable ONLY the options "SEND SERIAL". The system will create automatically a new Serial Number.

If you already have an MAG254, you have to pick up the Serial Number, device_id, device_id2, and signature directly from your equipment and enable the option "CUSTOM SERIAL".
The MAG254 must be updated with Public Version to have ssh access.

"KODI_IP" is just your local computer's ip address. You can save the file through your browser, but it's useless without IPTV Stalker running in Kodi, so its kind of useless by itself. You can use the url in a different network video player, like VLC, I guess, but that's not all that great.

Seems as if they are waiting until it becomes a paid service then I expect a raid to occur. The problem is this addon uses nfusions private servers to pipe dish signal to end users. This alone is bad but when you start charging for the services, you will eventually get in trouble every time. The worst isn't loosing iptv stalker but the private nfusion servers themselves getting in trouble with the law. Because of greed, the end will come very soon. By the way, how can you charge for something that is hacked in the first place? Why not just pay for dish and get the constant quality? I don't understand this type of logic or lack there of. Either way, the future looks grim for the dev. and this nfusion private server all because of greed. There are other alt. to access nfusion private servers through Kodi so this isn't bad for us but bad for them when they get caught. Thought after all this time some would be smarter, guess not.

U may have a point about the end coming soon but really in this game, no one knows when it all comes to an end. Its always been this way since the hacked Dave cards.
The other point about stalker now being on the radar bcoz its now going sub on IPTV, I don't buy. Its always been on sub via iks and I'm sure Charlie knows that too. Maybe u dont realize that
stalker IPTV was on trial and the plan from the beginning was to later go sub. Like I said, every good thing eventually comes to an end but these guys have been playing this game for a while and
I think they know what they r doing. I'll pay $105 a year anytime before getting a sub from Charlie.

Welcome. It may be the case, however we need to assume that the server guys are focusing on getting the connections and the EPG right for the MAG boxes first. Also, be aware that IPTV Stalker uses a different url for connection ("portal.iptvprivateserver.tv" vs. "1.iptvprivateserver.tv") which may not be supported in the near future.

I did your suggestions after an unwanted 1.2.0 update and the fixes including deleting the plugin folder did not work for me. I get continuous authorization failures. On the other hand the iVue guide fix I went through 2 days ago still works fine but channels are limited with iVue.

ok guys ive managed to get a hold of that so called 1.2.0 version which i may add is total fcked up, anyone that uses a pc to run ther kodi i suggest you dissable the current version of iptv stalker "if you have had an auto update from version 1.18 to the 1.2.0" once thats dissabled follow the path "C:\private\private\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\pac kages" inside that folder you will see the zip plugin.video.stalker-1.2.0.zip delete that file then manually enter both user_data and also addons but concentrate on user_data your not gonna have 1 but 2 plugin.video.stalker folders and when you only use the uninstall command via kodi the original folder will delete the 2nd folder is an attachment to the original to force it to copy your info after forcing another update taking you back to version 1.2.0 and i mean untill there both deleted along with cache,Textures13.db,cookies then your gonna be given an update is ready warning but doing these steps will prevent it from installing. the reason why your getting error messages even with your mac on that page is because the 2nd stalker folder is cloning the original with a blocked mac but when you do it the channels working it too sees your mac.

i think it may become time to try and get to the developer and see about incorperating a login username and password together with the secure mac at least this way your gonna get around all those that are using programs to calculate macs to try as without username & password the mac is useless

We seem to have realised what the issue is, which is the person who sold me the fire tv stick has apparently put on this stupid version instead of the correct one. I have tried to setup everything correctly and have the donation sorted and matched to my mac etc but I now am not sure how to resolve the issues I have been getting. The full details are on that forum link, if you could (or someone who knows about these things) provide me with guidance on what to do to resolve the issues I have been getting, it would be much appreciated. Please keep in mind I am very new to this (limited knowledge) and only had the fire tv stick a few days. Thanks

If you can stop the autoupdate first, then uninstall the 1.2.0, then install 1.0.18, then the first thing you can try is click "Defaults" on the settings page. That should clear your settings for IPTV Stalker and you can start over. In Kodi, go to the addon's page, and on the 'left' pop in menu, look for Auto Updates, and select Notify or Never.

The 1.0.18 version is in the link that you quoted. My understanding is that you need to sideload the addon through a network connection, but I have no idea on how to do that.

ive tested this many times on various versions of kodi,xbmc & tvmp if you have version 1.20 and you would want to keep it all you need to do is delete the pyo files from the stalker folder then clear cache close kodi and delete the files i stated in my previous post and dont forget the copying of our details only will occure if you have found 2 plugin.video.stalker in the same folder thats when 1 is telling another to send infomation back to the person that created the addon 1.20

In the plugin.video.stalker there are three .pyo files that are added once you reboot config.pyo/load_channels.pyo/server.pyo and the three that came with the addon same names but ends with .py

thats the way they are meant to be if you open 1 up you will see the root path is meant to be yours not anyone elses apart from 1 thats the developers and is normally pyc it is the creators and is named patrick from the channels but the pyo all should hold your infomation in them and these should never be there prior to the install

most of the addons ive dealt with are standalone addons normally private like stalker and others ill not name but when you use a preconfigured addon that uses other means of passing infomation to the addon like captcha or scrapers you will see alot of them have pyo already their prior to installing them as its built to on purpose interact with another addon with the same build and it mirrors that addon sending infomation to the person that details are stored in the encrypted pyo which is a python file originally then its encrypted with the users info only this addon its not your info its a 3rd party and they can and will take the infomation its asking for which is the open channels. soory regarding post hogging i hope that ive answered what i could

It's not hard to install Kodi on Fire. Use the Amazon FireTV Utility App. It has everything you need. Then download Kodi Arm from the Kodi website to load to the Amazon Fire. Once you have loaded Kodi, also load FireStarter which is on the FireTV Utility APP. Once loaded you can configure this app to launch apps based on a single or double click of the home button on the remote. E.G. One click launch Fire TV Menu, Double click launches Kodi. Then from there setup Stalker PVR. Do not install Stalker Client. Using Client with PVR will lock out the PVR until you change your MAC. I would also recommend installing ES File Explore. In it you can enable a FTP server so that you can easily transfer and edit your files for Kodi. NOTE: The FTP server will only work if FireTV is in wireless mode.

That's no problem. I intend replying to your post but first I'd advise you to edit your post & code any links to external sites (I've done this in your post above), as not doing so is a no no as per forum rules.

The easiest way to do this is, when replying to or creating a new post to choose 'Go Advanced' from the bottom of the reply box. Then go up to the top of the editor & click the # symbol & paste the url in between the two ' 's if that makes sense. paste the url here I had to use a zero instead of an o as I wasn't entering a url.

The problem with that video is it was made in June when the Stalker Add-On was free, but now that it's donation based that method won't work, as MAC address would have to be integrated into the IVue add-on. AFAIK the iVue dev (who posts on this site) is working on some sort of a fix for this but to be honest if I were you I'd be looking at using the PVR Stalker Client together with the live TV feature of Kodi, at least for the moment. But to start off you should concentrate on getting the IPTV Stalker Add-On to work (by installing the correct version) before you start worrying about an EPG. At least that way you'll be able to watch the channels.

Ok this is getting weird, looked into this more and apparently seems the pvr client is in the newer kodi 15.1. I finally found information earlier on how install things onto the fire stick (seems it using adbfire), I installed this on my mac and tried installing kodi 15.1 after downloading the file. I connected my ip an it says connected and then I selected the apk and sent the file to the fire stick. All seemed and look good, the bar was moving like it was installing. But....then it just get to the end of looking like its finished installing and then the bar starts over again and does the same thing. This keeps repeating the same process over and over again....no idea why! Now for the real weird part, well it seems weird to me but might make sense to other I guess. I watched a youtube video on updating to kodi 15.1 and it says to go into the setting on the fire stick and check the installed applications for kodi.....well there is none!! There is no kodi in there at all, this makes no sense at all as clearly I do have kodi! Now the one thing I did notice is in there is "ikonotv", I do always have to click on this in the main amazon menu to load up on kodi normally. So I dunno if that explains this but then surely shouldn't kodi be listed in there! Anyway I really need this guidance on this one from anyone as this is incredible odd to me. Thanks

when using adb fire when the apk is install a little box will pop up telling you it's done. the easiest way for me to get my firestick running 100% i set up kodi on my pc tweak to the way i like it to be then i make a folder and call it what ever you want then you go in user/name/appdata/roaming/kodi then select all the folders there except the kodi program copy to the folder you created once it's done while in adbfire select restore and point it to the folder you created
once it's done a window will pop up again telling you it's done by the way when you install the apk you need to connect it to the tv start kodi let it run for a few minutes once it finish loading disconnect it, go back to adbfire then do the restore as i mention earlier.hope this helps out

I finally found information earlier on how install things onto the fire stick (seems it using adbfire), I installed this on my mac and tried installing kodi 15.1 after downloading the file. I connected my ip an it says connected and then I selected the apk and sent the file to the fire stick. All seemed and look good, the bar was moving like it was installing. But....then it just get to the end of looking like its finished installing and then the bar starts over again and does the same thing. This keeps repeating the same process over and over again....no idea why! Now for the real weird part, well it seems weird to me but might make sense to other I guess. I watched a youtube video on updating to kodi 15.1 and it says to go into the setting on the fire stick and check the installed applications for kodi.....well there is none!! There is no kodi in there at all, this makes no sense at all as clearly I do have kodi! Now the one thing I did notice is in there is "ikonotv", I do always have to click on this in the main amazon menu to load up on kodi normally. So I dunno if that explains this but then surely shouldn't kodi be listed in there! Anyway I really need this guidance on this one from anyone as this is incredible odd to me. Thanks

Thought post an update,

Received a kind email which providing a lot of help in regards to my original issue regarding having the dodgy version of stalker 1.2.0 on my fire stick, I have now took the plunge removed it and installed the correct version - 1.0.18 (after finding how to side load files onto the fire stick) and thankfully its working correctly!

Now the annoying part, seems that even thou I have spent days of effort trying to get this correct version sorted because everyone had advised me that was the issues with iptv stalker giving me auth error issues on most channels in ivue. That this isn't actually the real issue, now don't me wrong there is an improvement since I have installed 1.0.18 as a lot of channels do work now or atleast after the 2nd attempt of trying to go into the channels. That said there is still a lot of channels that flat out don't work and give me the normal auth error message, so surely this must be an issue between iptv stalker and ivue? As there is no reason at all for me to have these "authorisation error" issues now.

thanks for the info dara but i've notice that the issue is more coming from ivue example i can play stars east with not problem go to ivue choose stream do preview it plays fine then do save then go back to ivue click on it and gives the error.
this is not a question just my observation that iptv stalker doesn't seem to be 98% of the problem to ivue

"preview stream" doesn't save your selection. "Save" does.

thanks yes i know know about that but i always preview 1st to make sure is working then stop it then hit save

I have a working setup of iptv simple client and iptv video stalker addon on kodi/windows but have a intermittent issue.
I've narrowed it down to the m3u server of the stalker addon because if i stop and restart it everything starts working again.
Has anyone else seen a similar problems and know of a way to stabilise the m3u component.
Any thoughts?
Ps new to kodi but loving it so far.

I've got the .zip file downloaded.. Tried to get it on my T6 and not sure which file to "click" on to get things rolling?? Everything else was a .bin extension...

Well, I guess that I have lost all knowledge regarding following simple instructions because for the last 2 days, I have tried at least 10 different methods of loading IPTV Stalker onto a AVOV TVOnline+ as well as a PC and I get nada, zip, nothing. My last challenge was this post and again, I get nothing. What in the world could I be doing wrong?

Make sure you don't have any remants of older versions of IPTV Stalker, and check your MAC on the donation checker. Click on Defaults before you configure, and "clear cache". Follow the directions in this post as well:

You may also have to enable "parental control" the first time you try to connect. Also make sure you have "Send Serial Number" enabled.
