Router already exists

Hello I just changed my cable company and now my box won't work. I have a mag254 and my server is http://66.iks66.tv/. I tried to add my MAC address and it is saying MAC address already exists. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

when you change isp you have to do iptv reset

Thank you for responding. I already went to that screen and entered my info once I'm logged in I click add my MAC address and it's saying it already exist.

Hi guys
Sorry for barge in but i would like to know about three questions. The first is, if we can have two different portals (Iptv services) working on the mag and the other question is relationated with freezes, i have 100 mb internet and some channels freeze... What i can do? Can we see online movies using the mag? Because i try to access a free online movie site and i can´t see the movies...

do this Enter your donation number in Donation area and in the donation client area put the email address that I sent the code from and fill out captcha, click Search Donations
When the next screen opens click where it says Change IPTV MAC ADDRESS
Enter the new MAC address in the proper format (00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX) and click submit.
