TV Guide (EPG) for US, UK, Canada and Latin American channels

Good morning,
I used viper8690's great source code to create my own EPG adding some latin american channels. My version have channels from:
US: DirectTV New York (218 channels)
UK: Sky Ireland and (118 channels)
Latin America: Dish (96 channels)
Canada: Bell (35 channels)

It updates everyday at 00:00 and contain the TV Guide for the next 48 hours.
I am using Schedules Direct Service and I did pay for a subscription, if anybody want that I add a channel to the guide just let me know.
Donations are welcome :)

If there any bug or something is not working properly let me know and I will try to fix it, It my first time with python but i will do my best.

If you're using Kodi 15.0 through 15.2, that is the norm. If you upgrade to 16.1, the time issue will be resolved.

Having problems. Guide just loaded. Just loaded 35 BELL channels. No other ones came in. Thanks for any help here .. andkaal:confused:

I haven't looked at this one yet. For the moment, I would use the the following remote path to see how things work:

Thanks for getting back ilan. I'm using the 1 at the top. http://epg.euyulio.org It worked with full USA and other channels, before. Now it just loads 11 channels tsn and a few others. Thanks ,.. andkaal:confused:

Ok, that was more than a limited guide. That was a reduction in channels. By your statement, "Guide just loaded. Just loaded 35 BELL channels," I thought you meant the guide only displayed programming for 35 channels.

I have a mag emulator on a Mygica smartbox. The EPG Is not working well. Some channels show you a different program than the one on the grid.

I am on eastern standard us time zone

That is a channel issue. Report it in the Channel Issues subforum farther up the page in the Servers area.

try to leave those setting with the default values

do you have kodi's latest version?
where is your kodi installed?

shouldnt be a problem with that version, are you sure the time n timezone is correct on the fireTV?
I had a proble with a kodi some days ago, the guide wouldnt load.... the problem was it has some build installed, I installed kodi clean and everything worked perfect.

Great work on the guide PACh!!! However, in the past week or so I am seeing a few "holes/blanks" in the guide due to changes in the database (TV29.db).
The following channels are now HD and need to have changes made in the setup files (.ren .chl) to account for these changes:

Fox Business HD
CNBC US HD
MSNBC HD
Comedy Central HD
HGTV East HD
History HD
Syfy HD
Disney Channel East HD
Disney Jr HD
Nickelodeon East HD
CBS New York HD
ABC New York HD
NBC New York HD
FOX New York HD


I tested this out by taking the guide that you produced and editing it for the HD changes (example below for MSNBC HD) :

<display-name>356 MSNBC HD</display-name>

After making this change and reloading the edited guide data file, the guide populated this channel with the appropriate content.

Test this out for yourself and you will confirm that this works.

I am using stalker client 1.08 but i do have a build installed could that be my disappearing guide issue i noticed the last couple times i lost data i got it back within an hour or so .

try to install a clean kodi version, I believe it will fix the problem, or try to uninstall unnecessary addons

Try scrolling left in the guide. It may be there, but all of the program information has run out for the current time.

I can't load the guide. When I go to the url on my phone or computer it shws the coding for the guide. But when I go to kodi it says cannot load guide. If I go into the android browser on my box I also can't load the url.

It redirects to a gethub address, like on my other devices, but never loads passed that.

Is the server blocking me or something? I cleared cache, restarted my android box, and Internet and still the same thing

It should redirect to the Github address. That is where the guide is hosted. The guide is loading on my Kodi this morning, so I'm not sure about your issue. Did you clear guide and channel data and let them reload?

I don't, since I haven't used it in conjunction with PVR Simple client for many months. That was the only way I used it with the guide in fact. I never used Couch's mod.

Have you ever had this guide working in that Kodi installation? There usually isn't a problem with K 15 and 16 and the guide. Make sure everything is set-up correctly. Check the spelling.

Yes, it download ok with no problem... I even tried to put the complete github url to see if it workedon stalker, but nothing.

This doesn't seem to be working with IPTV SImple Client, tries to load, sticks on first channel, then stops and all epg data blank???

Simple Client does not work by itself. You need to use PVR Stalker client with your donation.

The token can be blank
for the rest including signature you create an eight digit number and then do an iptv reset.

I think I've reached my limit on iptv reset(s) but I will give that a try and see or either wait for another 24 hours for my iptv reset limit to be reset...

I have this working on some channels. Is it normal that it doesn't work for all channels? I'm using Perfect Player on Fire Stick. I'm not complaining, and I am very grateful that it works at all, just wondering if there's something I can do to make it work on all the US channels. Not looking for adult channels or anything like that. In particular, I would love to have it work on Lifetime and Lifetime Movies channels. Thanks for any information...

Hi, because of the constant bad quality on the streaming, hangs outs, channels not working, etc. Im not using this services to watch iptv anymore, I changed provider so I will not be updating this epg that often, only if you request it and I have time for it.
