View Full Version : My donation # is not working anymore as my user and password on the blue screen.

I was having issued with my NFPS channels with my MAG 254 when I brought it from Kentucky to Atlanta and was advise to do IPTV reset and portal reset but after I did it I'm getting an error message when I entered my donation # for both username and password on the blue screen. I entered the correct donation # many times and I rebooted many times with no luck. I was on 2.iptvserver originally but it changed to 5.iptvserver when I did the reset and I can't get it to change back to 2. anymore and that might be the issued. I'm active and still have 222 days left when I did the donation checker.Checked my MAC too and is still correct. Please help I can't watch anything for over a 2 months now. I can send you my donation if that would help.

Did you change the portal address in the Mag's configuration. There is a Mag section farther down the home page. Consider doing some reading and posting thete.
Your portal would not change if you just did an IPTV Reset. IPTV Reset just clears the DEV ID info stored at the server.(Now Dev ID & IP Address)
I suspect you mistakenly clicked on Portal change Request button which is just next to IPTV Reset.
Go into your portal settings and change your portal address to the new address. Shut down and do an IPTV Reset with Papiao.
Start up your MAG. It should connect.
