Stalker says installation failed

I tried loading krypton 17 but it would not load the skin and build i like, my back up that i did prior did not back up the program, Now my stalker says installation failed, stalker client enabled but not working, stalker installer NFPS not installing, went to Rocket site and reset the IPTV, when i try installing stalker client it says loading channels from clients but niothing happens, Can someone tell me what i need to do, I cached out and even reinstalled kodi several times.

KODI 17RC1 had some release problems so there now is a KODI 17RC2,which may fix your problem(Which is very confusing to understand).

The pvr stalker nfps don't work on kodi 17, it haven't been updated yet..

I am on an amazon fire tv with a 16.1 jarvis currently in use. is there another iptv that i can use on kodi besides stalker?

I am trying to load iptv stalker with instructions given,I am getting " addon couldn't be loaded" all the information in configuation is correct and i went to site and iptv reset, i go out of the menu and when i go back in the stalker client says disabled, not sure if that is normal, i also have to stalker client enabled and the stalker epg updater enabled

You can't run both IPTV Stalker Plus and PVR Stalker client at the same time. Choose/enable one or the other. The updater is useless at this point. I suggest uninstalling it. For sure, disable it. You'll find it in My add-ons > Services

iptv simple client is loading the channels, stalker disabled itself, Israel Live is the iptv provider now.

PVR Stalker client is not Stalker Middleware. It is an agent that allows Kodi to connect with Stalker Middleware.

Stalker NFPS and PVR Stalker client cannot be enbled at the same time. In fact, they both cannot be used back-to-back without some juggling. NFPS generates its own credentials, which will surely be different from the ones YOU create for PVR Stalker client. Thus, if you want to switch from one to the other, you need to shut down the recently enabled client, do and IPTV Reset and then enable the other client. This protocol has to be followed each time you switch from one client to the other.

I have a suspicion a rogue repo may have updated your Israel Live add-on, but I'm not positive on that front. You shouldn't have IPTV Simple client enabled with either of the other PVR clients, by the way.
