I am using Kodi + PVR Stalker + iptv66 and I get buffering every 3 or 5 seconds in almost all channels. I am using an Amazon Fire TV and I have a 32 mb/s connection. I check the forum a lot and the most usual answer I see is "it is at my end". I hope someone can help me.

I use latest build of SPMC (16.5.5 (2016/12/29) on my AFTV2 with the hardware acceleration ON with no issues. No buffering of any sorts. I just thought I'm going to pass this along.

In your Kodi Video Acceleration settings (only visible in Advanced or Expert Level) try disabling amcodec & Media Codec, just leaving libstagefright enabled & see if that makes any difference.
