My Donation is only 3 months old and it is moved to inactive status.

I was setting up Mac 254 and my mac address in the donation will stay in while I watch the TV. If i switch my IPTV box off, it changed the mac address in the donation to the default value. I had to change it back to my mac address to log in again. Now my donation status is changed to inactive and mac address it shows is all zeros.

It new year and we want to watch the TV and immediate help is requested.
