No more tvonline? Now cellon tv???

This is so inconvenience. New units does not load tvonline and its switched with cellon tv app. You have to create a account for each unit to activate. Darn it! And the web to activate is under maintenance....

tvonline still works factory reset the box put a internet cable to the box so everything install coreclly

Yeah old receivers do. New shipment i got it only loads cellon tv.

cellon tv is a paid service................not much there that I would watch......not sure why they are pushing it...........unless Avov owns Cellon-TV

I believe the Cellon-Tv app in the MARKET is on all the Avov boxes

Just received a email back from avov. They said the unit might be linked to cellon tv server. They will switch it over for me.

I did some research and do see the avov technology insignia accosiated with this cellontv
but also see a few other things.
This is not avov, or at least as we knew them.
Seems avov now has a new splash page :eek:

It could be a honest mistake from avov, but im stuck with high Qty for now. I emailed all the s/n # to avov so they can switch the server back to avov.

since i sent in the serial numbers no response from avov yet. something seems fishy. im going to wait a day more and if i dont get any response i will start a dispute transaction with paypal.

yes, things do seem a bit strange.
That splash page and good-bye message from avov tech has two links showing at the bottom of the page.
One leads to a paid iptv service of some kind (I did not check it out), and the other leads to satscams site and a page where they talk about the KBox bust from a few years ago.

Why they have them links on a splash page that was suppossed to be a fairwell message from avov tech, i could not guess.
That is why I said earlier to be cautioned.

i believe they are selling portion of their stock with cellon server loaded only. that is what they told me that the shipment i have received it has cellon server. i will post the update tonight again.

Ok avov was able to fix my issue and i am back on avov server. Avov is still in business. It is scary tho if their server goes offline or if they decide to shut off all the units. Avov is in fully control. But i am impressed with their support. 1 of my old online4 power cord went bad and all i did was email them and they sent me the new power supply free of charge.

I just installed the iptvapp today. It works but i recommend using iptv video addon in kodi.
