AVOV 2 server not connecting

TV Online Ver: 2.21

Just did an IPTV Reset on the website & still not working.
Any help will be apreciated.

Yes.
but found & resolve the problem.
the problem was that the unit wasn't recognizing The iternet cable, but was recognizing the wifi.
soo, I did a factory reset to the unit, set it back up & is working again.
