My 3 month subscription expires tomorrow,I'm having problems renewing before it expires,keeps telling me that the mac is in use do I need t o wait until it expires before renewing again?

the MAC is in use, because it is still active on the original order. If you wanna renew, just go ahead and do so, but do not submit a MAC address with it.
I would also go to the website and set the MAC address to a blank entry, do that just before the code expires, that way you quarantie yourself that when entry the MAC on the renewed order that it will work and not give the Already in Use message.

Hello there. I paid for the route around 20hours ago. Still no email with the confirmation. I loaded the portal already but it asks me for a password. Where sould I get it from?

I still keep receiving the message
Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged.
Some of the colleagues from the forum received the order email within a few hours, but this is'nt the case for me....

Like it says it can take up to 48 hours to process depending on the card used.
