Why can't I get a 1 month donation!?

It's been a month of attempting to use all of their gateways to make a donation for 1 month. It does not go through. Is this being fixed? Using an international card, so it's not my end.

I tied to renew today with IKS66, my two MasterCards failed (first time this has happened to me) and tried both cards on the two gateways that accept MC but my wifes Visa card went thru no problema on Globebill. I even got the email confirmation within a couple of minutes.
