After months of freezing, in the beginning of December the channels were OK, a freeze here or there but OK to watch. After "Crazed" mentioned in one of threads, "the guys are working hard to fix it", in early December it could be seen a clear improvement until last week when it started to freeze a lot and when the motion would start again it was/there is a mix for few seconds of the old frozen image with the live image and when it clears up after few seconds it freezes again.
Don't know why, but how difficult is to return back to the same settings when everything was almost OK? I mean, don't you people feel a little responsible for the tons of money you get and not providing a decent service? Exactly now during Holiday Season IKS66 started having problems and perhaps you are too busy to have it fixed before Christmas? Or this is our (paying members) the Santa's gift?
