I received this message " Ther's an error trying to update this Donation, MAC Address is Invalid 01:1A:79:XX:XX:XX " This is a valid MAC Address, I have used the Avov TVonline+ for a year with IPTV Rocket for a year. The subscription ran out last week. I decided to renew Donation yesterday and received the Error Message above in my Reseller Panel. How can this be fixed?

take a screenshot pic of the MAC address and send it to me via private message or send to to the server administration via email
You can use an online file host site for the pic.

Also will need the donation number and email
