Well, first he must be referring to Kodi 17.0, Beta 7. I'll test IPTV Stalker Plus Lite on my PC install, but yes, the OP's info is kind of like a drive-by.

ISPL works fine with the Rocket server on the newest beta. Maybe someone will test out PVR Stalker and report?

I been using kodi 17, and the pvr stalker like for 3 week on my android box with 2g, and everything run more faster and better with the 17 version..

I also got 17 beta 7 pvr stalker works fine except the guide yes yahyabell.com
16.1 on the same laptop guide is fine
