Orders fail 2 times on money taken from card

Hi can someone help me because try to order a donation on it fail on i do it again on it fails on check my card on money was taken how amy get back my money are the donation this is madness dont even get a email need my money back.?

I keep getting same error, trying to order a few Donations, but get failed messages. tried with two different bank cards , Visa and Master Card's and tried all three payment Companies, on each card, but still error messages, saying contact bank, Failed, and Error 3100 Do not honor A*_+*U__ Blahh, Blahh, Blahhh. I just Emailed them, waiting on hearing back from them.
