How to make Stalker PVR retry more than twice after "unable to load channels"?

When TV is activated under Kodi settings, Stalker PVR seems to try to connect twice, and if it fails twice (For whatever reason, authentication error, etc) then it won't try again. You have to go and disable it and re-enableit under settings.

How do I change it so it tries 3 or 4 times instead of 2? I'm asking because 50% of the time when I boot up Kodi, Stalker gets either an authentication error or unable to load channels twice, and then stops. I have to go to settings to disable/re-enable it to get it working.

You having ploblems connecting to the server, try this..

having problems to get connected to the server, try this, go into donation first, check for your server number the one you should be connected. 1 to 5, check the mac address the one you have made to see is the correct one the you using kodi, then click iptv reset, to clear any information that you already send to the server, after that go back box star kodi, if you have tv enable, go into tv and disable, now go into pvr stalker, and open click configure, soon you opened you will see where say, General the first tab, on this tab you have to change the time out up to 120, you see it saying 5, and the active portal is 1, after that click portal 1, and review all you information.

Click done and go back to tv, and before you click enable may sure you clear data first, you will see it on the same panel, after you have clear data then click enable, if it give you can't load channel, click clear data 2 o 3 time,if the channel don't load, so go on and check your information again..

Thank you for your post, but that's not an answer to my question. All my info is correct. I'm simply asking HOW I can configure Kodi to retry connecting 3 or 4 times instead of only 2.

You should not need that if all your settings are good, try clear CASH in system/tv & guide every so offen

As far as I know, that is not a changeable setting. You might try adjusting the timeout setting, although it may not be the solution in this case. Search for the settings.xml file in your addons > PVR Stalker folder. (Back up the file before making changes.) Within that file, find the timeout setting. Increase it to over 60. See if that has a positive effect.
