IPTV Stalker Plus

Are the VOD's gone? or is t just me? I really don't care if i have a guide or not, but i do like having the VOD option.
i use IPTV Stalker Plus for them.
Not sure where to ask this, if i'm in wrong place please trash it or whatever.
