I switch my box from one ISP to another and now all I am getting is that My stb is blocked, I have tried resetting it to no avail,,, please help

Did you make the MAC Address change on your donation site?

actually I just tried changing the Mac to see if it will work, still it says Stb is blocked

At the website, change the MAC to all zeros or what ever is closest that it allows, use the colons in proper places too.
Then save that and reset. Then redo it with correct MAC and reset that.
If you get limited out with number of resets, send me a private message with numbers and I can bypass that limit for you.

I tried what you suggested its still saying Blocked, Im using an Android box with stb emu

This looks like maybe a DNS thing.
Test that by using a public Google DNS
Do that thru your router.
Can google search a tutural for that. There are some easy to follow tuturals out there.

I have other boxes connected on the same network that is working fine,,,, Avov as well as android with stb emu

Here is what I noticed if I check the Send Device Id box it says Stb Blocked, If i uncheck the Send Device Id box , it connects but then I can only get preview channels

You said that you are using an Android box -- Right! I would just suggest that since you created a mac address that started with 00:1A:78: -- then just make up a new mac using the same prefix!
