Hi I recently renewed my subscription and now when I enter my new donation number in Port number it works can watch TV up until Cody restarts and then I get the authentication failed and have to reenter my new donation number import and everything it keeps reverting to my last donation number how do I update without settings reverting back to my old information and keep my new info stored?
This is in PVR Stalker client? What is doing the reverting? If it is the PVR, you could save your information in a text file, set defaults in the PVR and then reconfigure it.

The donation # port everything I recently renewed my subscription and when I go to change the settings I'll put the new info in it'll update everything's fine I can watch TV but as soon as Kodi restarts it reverts back to my old information and doesn't save the new information i've tried resetting IPTV changing Mac on main site disabling stalker client before updating info then re-enabling it clearing data but nothing seems to make it save permanently i'm not sure if having the EPG local pointing to a local file is saving some sort of data synced with my old account possibly? But when I try to point the EPG to the web address nfps.**********.com it won't work and I'm not sure where to download a new local file from
Read the EPG thread for the new address

Set default in PVR, close Kodi, restart Kodi and configure.

What do you mean by set default in PVR?

I just tried setting it to the new URL but I keep getting authentication failed ever since last night when all info is correct
What do you mean by set default in PVR?
At the bottom of the PVR dialogs there is a button labeled Defaults. Click that on the General page and on the Portal page to which you have added information. After that disable the PVR and shutdown Kodi. Go to your Donation Checker and do an IPTV Reset. Restart Kodi but do not enable the PVR yet. Configure the PVR according to directions and according to your proper credentials. Now enable the PVR.
The authentication issue has nothing to do with the EPG.

I did as you said and at first everything works fine until Kodi restarts then all my settings in PVR stalker go back to my old donation # Mac n port it's like it's just not saving my new info?? Very frustrating as I need to completely re set everything up each time Kodi starts is there a file that is causing the system to revert back to my previous settings that needs erased or modified in order for stalker to save and load my updated info??

Uninstall kodi and install kodi again, may sure that you do iptv reset on your donation to clear all you information on the server.
If you know how to navigate your device, there is a settings.xml file that stores these data in userdata > addons_data > pvr.stalker > settings.xml
Disable PVR Stalker first. Navigate to the file and delete it. Do an IPTV Reset at the Donation Checker again. Wait 15 minutes. Do not enable PVR Stalker client but configure it. Once configured and after waiting a full 15 minutes, enable PVR Stalker client.
Are you sure when you changed your configuration information in Stalker, that you scrolled to the bottom and Saved your settings by clicking "OK", before exiting out of the config. settings screen?
Don't laugh. I've set up KODI so many times, and occasionally I forget too.
