Thanks for having me here.

Have a user account and just signed up for reseller and paid for 60 credits. A page came up showing me order and login and password. Problem is login does not work. I try clicking forgot password and sending, but I never receive email. Checked spam as well.

I have sent messages to emails and contact forms with no response.

I checked my bank and have been charged.

Any ideas?
