STB EMU problem HELP!!!

I am trying to use the STB EMU free version in bluestacks on windows 10. The problem I'm having is that the box for the yellow bar pops up, but then it says to contact provider to register. I don't get the pop up box for the ID and PASSWORD. Any suggestions please?

Hi, I´m getting the same problem. I installed Bluestacks on Win7, installed STBemu 0.9, watched all possible video on YT, reset my IPTV connection several times, mi MAC is on 00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00, I configured everything right on stbemu: portal name, URL, Device ID, MAC (3 last of my ethernet connection), and so on. Then I reload portal and get either STB BLOCKED CALL PROVIDER or ERROR. I installe beta 0.9 also on my android smartphone with the same result. I think the whole precess is too complex, you have to be a teen linux-hacker to manage this service. I know my account is alive because the router checker tells me so and I aldo use the IKS account without problems.
