Mag 254

My mag 254 working great in Canada. Brought to Florida for the winter and connected to Modem with Cat 5 cable and to TV. Unit powers up and goes thru all steps with no problem. Shows all the channels on the Guide and lists and describes all movies. When I select a channel or a video nothing happens. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

you have to do a iptv reset because you are on different isp

Thanks. Since I have been using my MAG254, I have gotten lazy as it has been so easy. I should have done some research first. I have found that there are many people out there that have had the same problem and the answers are in the form. All I did was a reset at the server and all is working again. Remember, we used to call it testing.
