mag 254fozen on page

I folks just got my mag 254 in today pluged everything in and it froze on the main page im fomir is what it says tried everything unplugged let it sit for awhile same unplug and also internet same any help would be great I think a dud hope not three more in box to be delervered don"t want to touch them thanks

Unplug then back and keep pressing Menu key as it tries to boot.

we unplugged the back power, replugged and pressed and held menu button at the same time, a window came up in blue I changed the DCHP to nand then saved and exited it, it then rebooted back to main home page. Now I can start installing the mag254 from scratch. Thankyou
