Mac Address problem

Hi, i have a problem when i try to add a Mac address, the web side tell me that Mac Address Could not be Updated, when purchased the service i didn't put a mac address, and now am trying to put the mac address of my Fire Stick tv (wi-fi) and don't let me do it, even i tried the web side that its a Mac address generator and don't let me do it neither ...
Am new here, i purchased the service for one month and its 29 days left and am not enjoying the service.
Am using Kodi, IPTV Stalker plus on fire stick..

how are you using the MAC address ?
Is it with the 00:1A:78 prefix ?
ANd are you using the colons ?

00:1A:78:xx:xx:xx

replace xx with your digits

I also am having a problem with it rejecting my mac address. Am I supposed to just use the six last #s. Mine starts with 82 not 00.
