When renewing Route........it freezes at this point.....the payment icons seem to only be a picture and not live..................

Same for me. Tried Firefox IE and Chrome on my PC. No luck.

I have so many to renew..........most of my customers would give me a headache if I ordered new ones and had to talk them through it over the phone.....

I've had this issue with them for a month now. I honestly think they're down completely.

Someone please fix this, can't purchase another month of IPTV66 like I always do.

When you get to choose your payment processor the pictures are not clickable, can't access page to enter card details to purchase.

sometimes it's on your end. have you used a cleanup program like CCleaner to clear out cached files? it might help and speed up your pc at the same time.

It's not on our ends. I wasn't able to renew either just like they said. I had to order all over again and change the numbers but that's the only way it worked.

I see also the times for renewal have been changed. It was one month before and after, now it is 3 before and 2 after.

Message from Renewal page....
Note: To be able to renew a Route, it shouldn't have more than 3 months as remaining time, it shouldn't have more than 2 month that expired.

good it's fixed.

quick question….my setup works fine now….if I move to another house and get a new internet connection, different ISP etc….is my service still gonna work?

Or do I have to contact IKS66 to reset my service?

you will have to perform an IPTV Reset when ever you interrupt the IP connection, yes.
Good news is that you can do it yourself.

you know what i have more than a month tryng to renew and now i did it no service vod not work and most of the channels too but step by step im sure they fix tgis too and thanks again
