videoclub problem

hi friends,
I have mag 254 iptv box and everything works fine on my box just problem with videoclub . Like, all new movies update daily but when I try to play them they just play very fine for 10 to 15 mins then freez after sometime come back to videoclub menu. does anyone knows why this happen any how can I resolve this issue.
