STB Authentication window error

after typing in my donation number for the login and password i cannot click the okay button...anyone having the same issue or know how to resolve it? I've been a week now with a donation and haven't been able to load one channel....stalker client failed so I decided to try the emulator. I'm down to my last spare tire here people! lol

after rebooting it 6 times i finally got the window to work and it allowed me to click okay....now a red ERROR message appears. Anyone?

just use the same MAC on the emulator
It is already linked to your route number.

so use the MAC address that i put in the portal settings? I got a black screen once after rebooting it but now I'm back to the error message....(I just ordered a mag254 and it should be here Sunday....i really hope that i do not have as many problems getting it to work)

yes, as long as the stalker is disconnected or turned off , then yes you can use that same MAC, and is easiest thing to do, instead of generating another and re-linking and etc....

I went there and performed a reset for you, about two minutes ago.

-Same red error in top right corner of authentication window when using mac
-Donation number entered into login & password results in red error in same location
-Rebooting multiple times and entering in donation number and password has resulted in black screen twice

no, I am not saying that.
All I am saying is that you do not need to change the MAC if you want to try and use the Emulator. The same MAC that is already linked to your 12 digit donation number can be entered and used on the emulator.
You just can not try connecting the Stalker app and the emulator at same time.

MAC addy has no part in logging onto your papiao page.

oh sorry, yes i had already done that. I was just trying to get past the error message. after unplugging the box and rebooting it got past the error screen. i can see channels but all i see is a black screen when trying to tune to a channel. I followed the pdf that jetta had made, and have it set to play to external player. is this correct or is it out-dated?

When using the emulator, do i type in the entire URL...because i just used the one assigned to me....exactly as it appears in my donation checker with the http:// prefix.

When placing the url to the portal it ends up being the long version http://portal1.iptvrocket.tv/stalker***** is this what i am supposed to use? How come the channels loaded? My network is good, running at 48.9mbps. I find when digging through some of these threads they have a lot of expired information, and i still try them, even though I'm almost to my daily limit already in IPTV resets
