no channels for location in the caribbean?

Hi,

All my channels are down for almost 13 days videoclub also down can someone advise how to proceed all my settings are allright also at iks66 everything is okay we reset my iptv but all channels are down can it be my location in the Caribbean that we do not have any connection with the private server or the problem is related only to my system?:confused:
