service still down??

is the service still down i only get 10 channels and no video club on mag 254 its been down for almost 2 months now is there a eta on getting it back up and are ppl experiencing the sametjing i am?

Still down for me, and things seem to have gotten worse. Every day I am getting "Box blocked by server" and have to reset just to see if the service is back up.
Now, a reset doesn't even work.

if your reset limit has reached its ummm... limit.
Message me and I will get a reset done for you.
I am online most all the time :)

Is there a maximum amount of times to reset it, ever?
I have to reset it every day just to see if it is working.
My limit for the day is not reached, it just doesn't make any difference.
So if there is an overall limit............................................. .. That doesn't notify you, i am stumped. I will PM. Luckily i bought a cloud tv sub, so I am not stuck.
