User (in yellow typing) and password???

so, I turned on my mag254 and loads up to User (in yellow typing) and is asking for a password....I've never seen this screen before and must be for "programming the box for end-user" but I can't get passed this and would like to watch tv some day....I've tried the passwords 0000 1234 9875 and non of them work...any ideas? this is not the user/password screen
