Hey guys,
I have an OTT TV MXQ PRO set top box, I've made a donation and have received the confirmation email with all the particulars. I've tried configuring the Stalker Client several different ways trying to get it to work but I've had no luck but the "Authentication error" message everytime. Can someone explain or point me to a thread or YouTube video that will show me the method that SHOULD work. I've searched this entire forum, google, and YouTube and tried everything. I'm currently running 16.1
Your help is much appreciated!

Also I linked and used the MAC address that was on the sticker on the bottom of the box (leaving the first 3 sets of digits to 00:1A:79)
I just purchased a rocket donation last night and within minutes I received an email with my donation number-do I need to wait a day or two? I would think I shouldn't have to wait since my subscription is active and I've paid for a donation that I cannot even use. This is so frustrating to me

Ok so I fixed my MAC address and now instead of automatically getting the authentication error immediately it try's to load the channels but the error eventually pops up again.
I guess I might need to disable tv, clear data and then reset my IPTV at papiao and try again???!?

yes try that.
ANd with the MAC , did you change the 79 to 78 and perform an IPTV reset ??

Yes I changed it to 78. My fault.
I reset my IP TV and it's done the same thing again. I wonder if I have my server address inputted correctly in my stalker client. under the server section do I put the server that was given to me with my donation?

yes, use the 12 digit donation number given to you with the email that also has your 16 digit order number.
You can also go to the papiao website and log into your account and view the server url that you are assigned to, which shows there.

I used my rocket# as my donation AND password.
Under "Server Address" I put the IPTV portal that was sent to me.
What about the servers that were sent to me? Do they go anywhere?
Here are the directions from a Sticky in the Kodi > PVR Clients subforum:

IPTV Portal url is the one you want.
Server IKS address(url), is for satalite TV, which is something different.

do i enter it in exactly like it shows on my verification email or does it need the "http://" in front ?
also, I cannot log into papio site, I can only use the donation checker. I tried logging in with my email as user name and donation number as password but no luck. I also tried my donation number as user name and password and still nothing.

For stalker and newer kodi versions, use the "http://" in front, yes... for older kodi versions, I think the url is different.
Which Kodi version do you run ?
as to how to log onto server website and your account, the quote below is from an iptv66.com thread but includes papiao as well.
-Order number is 16 digits -- for iptv66, rocket and nfps.
-Route number is 13 digits -- for iptv66 service only.
-Donation number is 12 digits --for rocket and nfps services only.
*Route and Donation numbers do the same function, which sodawater explained above.
Username and Password is what you enter into the receiver for login (that 13 digit number).
The login credentials at the iptv66.com website are a bit different then what your receiver login asks for..
Use the IPTV Reset - Route Checker - Link Mac tab.
There are two lines that need to be filled in, under that tab.
There will be a box to check proving you are not a robot, and always wait for the capcha to run its course.
Then click the Search Route tab.
First line , they give you a choice of 3, you only need to choose one of these 3.
1. Donation Client -you would need to use this option if bought from a reseller. Your reseller should have gaven you this Client ID.
2. Order ID -this is the 16 digit Order number.
3. Email - email used to make the original Order from source. Buying from a reseller is not the original Order or source.
Second line, only one choice.
1. Route - 13 digit number.
When using Rocket or nfps, you would use the papiao website.
It is pretty much the same procedures as the iptv66 website.
Donation is replaced by the Route is maybe the only difference, and of course the websites.

I'm running 16.1, and i have the "http://" in front of the iptv portal that was assigned to me. But looking at the write up below I don't have the rest of the address typed in (i have http://"portal#".iptvrocket.tv but I'm missing the /stalker_portal/c/index.html so I'm going to try that now.
I also tried those instructions you posted of your right up but I still cannot login to papiao. I guess I'll worry about that later.
Also thanks for all the help crazed, it is much appreciated. I leave to go out of town for work this coming week and it would be great to take my box with me to the hotel.

I've literally tried all the rocket instructions below for Kodi 16+ and still no luck...:(In PVR Stalker configuration:
On the General Tab, select an Active Portal number... use 1. For Connection Timeout, use 120, or lower.
MAC Address: Enter all six hexadecimal pairs to match the donation checker MAC Colons are required.
Server Address: Enter the IPTV Server that was assigned to your donation. See prerequisites.
Code:
NFPS - Replace the * as appropriate (1-5)
http://*.iptvprivateserver.tv (Kodi 15 and older),
http://portal*.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html (Kodi 16+)
Rocket -
http://11.iptvrocket.tv (Kodi 15 and older),
http://portal.iptvrocket.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html (Kodi 16+)
or

I found why you can not log into your Rocket thru the Rocket Checker tab.
Check the link below..

Those are just the beginning of the instructions you need to walk through to accomplish configuration. Here is the full set of instructions:

Yes I walked through all the instructions. (I just pasted the part about the server address that I keep thinking I'm messing up somehow) Sorry if it got confusing when i said "all the rocket instructions below". So since I'm running 16.1 my server address needs to be EXACTLY like one of the two here?

Is this because I am not a reseller? Because I just purchased one donation...(first time trying it out)

Those log-in directions are for you or anyone who purchases their own Order
Resellers use a different method.
If you send me in private message with your donation number, I can then check from here to see what may be wrong.
Left click my name to get a message option.

At the iptvrocket.is website, I was able to log-in to your papiao account using the Order ID (16 digit number) and the Donation (12 digit number).
You should be able to as well. I did not log-in using my master pass, I used your credentials, it worked.
Performed a reset while I was there.

or
http://portal1.iptvrocket.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html
Depending on what you learn about the server assignment

Left click my name to get a message option. Thanks, I just sent you a message. I went back through the instructions, I noticed my Device ID wasn't long enough (i used 6 digits instead of 13 because i went by a different set of instructions I had found via google) I'm still getting the authentication error message. I'm wondering now if my guide is set up correctly. From the instructions i found via google i set it to XMLTV only, and my scope to an address that was included in those instructions. Going by dara's write up I just set it to provider only. I haven't had any luck with either. My channels should still load regardless of this, correct?
