will we be getting an update to android ie 5.0 or higher so we can run kodi 17 when it comes out. according to kodi they will only have it run on android 5.0 or higher now which i think is a good thing.

Just my opinion, Kodi 17 really isn't that much of an upgrade, more of a security lockdown. If you aren't using Kodi as intended, that is as a media center, and only use add-ons, stick with Kodi 16. An upgrade to Lollypop (Android 5) really doesn't help a set top box. Be careful what you wish for.
