Can anyone suggest the best method to talk to the appropriate person for the following. * I went to the NFPS website and went through the Renewal process. When I go to the final step (after filling in all the required fields), it did nothing. I watched it for several minutes and it didn't go through. I then once again filled in the fields etc and I immediately got a message in the top left corner stating....payment confirmation. I immediately received my confirmation through email. The following day I logged into my Mastercard account and noticed I was charged twice for the single donation. Is there an email address specifically for this issue so I can get a refund to my Mastercard.? Thanks
