How to get a refund?

I paid a week ago, I have not been able to get anything working even for a second. I have tried many different Kodi Addons, STB emulators (including the "official" one) and TV Online. It does not work, there is no explanation or even a guesstimate as to when things might be working.
I would just like my money back and I will go to another more reliable service.

Could somebody please tell me how to get a refund, I am sick of this crap.

There are no refunds. You made a donation. The service works. I watched programs for hours yesterday on numerous channels.

I don't know what your device is. I don't know what version of Kodi you are using. I don't know which "many different Kodi Addons" you tried. Kodi's native PVR Stalker client is working well if the directions for configuring it are followed to the letter. If you follow the directions (linked below) and it doesn't work, report the errors/problems you are encountering.

I have posted my numerous problems, numerous times and they seem to fall on deaf ears. I may try one last time before I use my bank to get a chargeback.

I use Kodi 16.1. I have followed all of the guides to the letter and I am having many different errors.
i am not in front of it now (I may try again later and post the errors), but some of the errors in Kodi were "String integer" or similar, and "unauthorised" even though I was in portal 1 and put in all of the correct credentials. I am using an Avov Fuse. I also tried a generic Android box and different STB Emulators. I even tried on a PC running windows 7.
