MAC address exists

Hi,

Here I am again with the same issue on a different box that I just received today. I purchased a rocket and attempted to link my MAC to it and it stated that the MAC address already exists. This is a brand new AVOV tvonline+ box. ANy help is appreciated....

go to rocket change mac address highlight the mac address hit the delete key on your keyboard should delete old mac then enter new mac address

The MAC on the rocket now are all zeros. When I input my MAC address from my new box, it states that the MAC already exists.

I have the same issue with a mag254
