I just made a "new" donation, all went well and I was able to immediately open up my AVOV and input the new data.
Settings went well, and all was good. I opened up "Live TV", loaded and all the chans pulled up, and watched a movie on hbo.
However, every time I've tried to open the "VOD" option, all I can get is the circle to go round and round -- and that's it.
Figured I must have input the data correctly in settings, or I'd not been able to get into the live tv section.
I then went to a second AVOV - which has been set up [think I will mention that months ago when I donated for this script - there were no negative issues with payment or getting my information immediately] with a different donation and has been running just fine, and I WAS ABLE TO PULL UP BOTH LIVE TV AS WELL AS VOD.
So, I'm curious as to why I cannot get the VOD to load with the new donation -- since the Live TV area works perfectly !
