Mag 254 No Channels

Hey all,

I just got my MAG 254w2, subscribed with NTV and did everything I can think of entering url, got my activation code, registered MAG254, anyways I'm pretty sure I did everything in the instructions but after reloading the portal I don't get any channels. What gives, did I miss something?
