Trying to Change Mac but getting error logging in

I attempt to use the MAC change link
In the first field for Donation Client, Order ID or E-mail
I am typing my Order # which is 16 characters long
I have also tried my Email which is 23 characters long.

For the second field "Route"
I am typing 1
since I only purchased one, and I dont see anymore info in my order about routes. So I assume its asking which route.

When I click the "Search Route" button it then says:


The donation field must be at least 6 characters in length.

What am I doing wrong?
I cant add my MAC address.. :(

Also note:
I have tried 2 different PC's
Windows 7
Windows 10
and Android 6.0.2

Firefox, IE, and Chrome on the PC's
Chrome and Boat Browser on Android...

You have the top line correct (16 digit number)
But the second line, Donation Route, is the 13 digit number , which should be beside that number 1 in that email notice.
If not then send me private message with your email and order number.
Can check on that.

I just was dead set on it being the first field wrong since it said Donation field.
But I guess that makes sense since it was only 1 char.

yea, I see it says Donation Order, which can be misleading... that is the 16 digit Order number, yup.
The Route number with iptv66 is 13 digits. But with nfps-rocket it is 12 digits and not referred to as a route number , but a donation number.
All Order numbers are 16 digits.

Now if only I could get this working in Stalker Client in Kodi...
Unfortunately locked myself out changing MAC's because I kept getting Mismatched MAC ID
