AVOV in or out?

I am new to this, I have a TVONLINE2 that works well with Stalker and would like to get a TVONLINE4.

Are AVOV in business or out of business. My reseller says they are in business and threads in IPTVtalk suggest otherwise .

They still appear to have a current web page up ?

They are up and solid. Major updates are in progress over the next few weeks.
