Worse of worse and lowest of the low! Liars and disrespectful.
Made my full payment in June/2016 for $80.00 US and since August/2016 can't catch so many of the american channels nor can I access the movies. Contacted them and replied saying they are working hard, waited for over a month without receiving any other response and they haven't contacted me again to apologize or to give a decent response. Don't buy from these people!!!!

starting now, I am gonna be moving posts that have been posted in hy-jack form or are just plain dissing us in such a way that the member or members should rightfully be banned. But I am not gonna do that.
Because I know people can say or do things they otherwise would not if the stress levels were not so high.

So in an attempt to clean up our forums, you may see this thread fill up :)
Alot of posts from earlier that are hyjacking or just plainly breaking the forums rules will not be moved, just deleted.

The solution is.......get ur service elsewhere...that's what I did...I know of at least 10 people who have done the same....these problems have been going on ....1 after another for months on end....if it's not the epg it's the freezing or channels not working or just showing dtv logo or completely down.....it gets old real old when it goes on and on. ...I just wonder why other providers don't seem to have these kind of issues

Hey stalker I went and bought a m8s android box and man am I glad I did works great right out of the box. Another good thing is you don't need to buy a server you get anything and everything you could ever watch. I highly recommend this box to anybody thanks stalker works great...........two-dogs

two-dogs received great support from us last night and then comes back and disses rocket and promotes Kodi over any rocket service. This post above shows that and so does his other post in the forums.

The main UK sports channels in sky sports and BT sports are always down. There are other better and more reliable IPTV services. It's a shame as when this was working it was excellent but nowadays the channels are down more than up which tells me it's not being maintained like it once was as channels should not go down for weeks... plenty of other options out there guys...

I've been trying to work out the errors and wrong login messages for 2 weeks now. I have not been able to get more then one or two channels to load at best. The emulator gives me a constant error message every time I input my donation in the login and password portion of the STB emulator. And I know how to configure the emulator, if anyone was wondering. IPTV66 is the third service that I've tried and none of the others made it SO hard to just login and stay connected.
There are many more fish in the sea to choose from. IPTV66 is very cheep to purchase and I am now understanding why. I am not going to renew my subscription past this month.
Well we all get what we are willing to pay for.

Changed to another provider(not one that is talked about on this site) and all is working perfect.

All player options work (doesnt need to be MX player) and channels load super fast

Youtube works

Radio works

VOD works

etc

Thanks for taking the time crsimons but I ended up searching the net for another provider and now all is working perfect. Live channels load fast, vod works and so does youtube etc

Apparently this company doesn't like it when you say something negative about their service. We pay, they take your money and when you have a problem, they say working on it. They have blocked me because of my comments in frustration of dealing with them. Is this how they treat their customers. I cannot get any stations, so why would they not bend over backwards to see that I get the service I paid for. Makes you wonder if this company is for real. I just want to receive what I paid for so my next step if service is not forthcoming, is to get a lawyer and seek retribution for the aggravation I have had dealing with this company. So everyone be aware of this company and think twice before purchasing their product.

I let that go as a chance because I know how people can get frustrated, but when you copied word for word and posted it again, well that was enough. The temporary ban was so you did not spam our boards with your spammed comments !

Beyond a joke now. Please have the decency to provide the paying customers an update to what is going on as the silence tells me this service is dying a slow death..

Lolly, this seems all you been doing here as of late, is bashing the service. Getting tired of it really.

Channels are not guarantied to always be up, is the nature of iptv... period.

Can anyone suggest the best method to talk to the appropriate person for the following. * I went to the NFPS website and went through the Renewal process. When I go to the final step (after filling in all the required fields), it did nothing. I watched it for several minutes and it didn't go through. I then once again filled in the fields etc and I immediately got a message in the top left corner stating....payment confirmation. I immediately received my confirmation through email. The following day I logged into my Mastercard account and noticed I was charged twice for the single donation. Is there an email address specifically for this issue so I can get a refund to my Mastercard.? Thanks

Good luck. I did the exact same thing. Sent multiple emails to NFPS. They eventually added 2 years to my subscription, but i only wanted one year. In hindsight I should have stopped there. So I made the mistake of wanting a refund for the additional year I paid for. NFPS then said they credited my credit card back and took off the additional year. This was over a year ago, I never did get my credit. After multiple emails they would not respond, so I gave up as I have better things to do then chase down these losers. Money lost, lesson learned.

I don't get in here much I'm in here working on the guide and I see that is one thing that is spinning the gears for some. I guess the point is for the noobs. Learn quick, you will get checked fast approaching the wrong topic the wrong approach. Read my posts and see to tread lightly. I try to stick to facts and check my rig and my gear for a while till it was tuned it. I use English only and rely on it DAILY. It always works!

I run Kodi but need this service. I also have a couple boxes. The streams almost always work! I only have 150 channels plus on demand is great and works. Kodi couples my antenna feed now I got all the locals and more.

Sadly the service goes from bad to worse. But beyond the service that doesn't work. There is a lack of attention on the part of the moderators of this group. They don't give answer, every day the service gets worse a little more

The service is up and running. I have been watching different channels most of the day w/o issues. The EPG is up and running for Kodi users.

Besides that I have made two questions regarding the service if it can be used on LG or Samsung Smart TV and nobody says anything is like they do not know

Myself i do use kodi for all my "on demand " needs
For me i Have the Avov it would be nice if the features worked Properly, for that to happen tickets have to be submitted so they know what they need to fix

That ticket has been submitted long ago many times. We're just beating a dead horse when it comes to VOD. I don't even bother with it. I have come to the realization that this is a service I will never be able to use. Since the box has Kodi I don't care. Any movie that's in VOD will be on Kodi.

I have had the mag 254 and 2 rockets for well over a year now and I cannot remember when your service has worked properly for more than a day without all kinds of glitches. There has not been a day when everything has worked like it's supposed to. If it's not one thing it's another. Channel may work but the guide doesn't, or channel comes in but constantly freezes, or channel won't come in at all. I have dropped Direct tv to save money because you all said you would have this working correctly. Now, over a year later, I can't watch my ball game on ESPN because it won't come in. I have no way to watch it at all. I'm so frickin pissed and done with this crap. I'll not re-up with this crap again. Finished when this rocket runs out! Also I will deter anyone who is thinking about this from making this mistake. I have never started a thread or even commented on one. It's sad this has to be my first. I have read one after another of people having problems and you guys are awlays saying hang in there we'll get it up and running without bugs. That's frickin bull! You guys will probably even block this so people won't see it but it has to be said! You all have really promised a lot but can't step up and deliver. I'll be looking for something that won't let me down and I can stop missing important shows. Sad!

Been trying this service for 8 months and now I have to say it is a complete screw job.
Constant loss of channels and now access denied error.
Went to a service with a higher monthly charge but their $hit works.
