Been having lots of freezing and many channels down today. Tried changing servers a couple times to no avail.
Turned my mag254 off during supper and when I tried to turn it back on after supper, no channels were showing or working.
Rebooted and now its asks for username and password just like when you do an iptv reset, then I get authentication error message.
Checked my donation and it says my account is inactive and I have 227 days left.
Anyone else having a similar problem?
I wonder if its because I did to many iptv resets. I was troubleshooting my connection and my isp has now fixed the problem.
every one is getting freezing today many channels down

Mine is really bad because they have de-activated my donation. I just sent a support request to papiao. Hopefully they will reactivate it soon.

IPTV donators....have the patience of saints. The promised server and IP improvements (supposedly completed by last week), has not happened it seems. I don't get upset because of the service issues.....as much as the lack of communication.
I'm not sure what more could have been done. If you look in the Announcement's section at the top of the home page, an explanation for the issue was offered as well as an apology from the Papiao crew. They are as frustrated by the situation as are we, the users. At this point, a long thread relating how frustrated users are will get us no where fast. The backend already knows it and is working diligently to get things back in order. Everyone here is sorry for the disruption.

If a rough date is given for a major service improvement and that date comes and go's,I don't think its unreasonable for Papaio to take 10 seconds and put up an announcement saying, "we apologize for the delay. We hope to have it resolved in X days." . A negative announcement is better than no announcement. JMHO

The apologies have already been made and this constant barrage of negative feedback is going to do nothing to restore the service....
I'm as frustrated as the next.... and I sure do miss my adult channels ..... none of them are working ! :p
